Once a package is in the possession of the carrier, Bourbon Bullion & Coins is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather, or other unforeseen circumstances.

Tracking details will be provided once your order has shipped. It is the customer’s responsibility to monitor shipment progress and ensure secure delivery.
5. Risk of Loss
All orders are securely packaged prior to shipment.
Risk of loss and title for all products pass to the customer upon delivery confirmation by the carrier. Bourbon Bullion & Coins is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once marked as delivered.
6. Shipping Address Accuracy
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.
Orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer are not eligible for replacement or refund.
7. Signature Confirmation and Insurance
