Risk of loss and title for all products pass to the customer upon delivery confirmation by the carrier. Bourbon Bullion & Coins is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once marked as delivered.

Orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer are not eligible for replacement or refund.

 All shipments are fully insured. High-value orders, particularly bullion and gold coins, may also require a signature upon delivery to ensure safe receipt. You will be notified at the time of shipment if a signature is required. No additional charges apply for insurance or signature confirmation.

8. Lost or Damaged Packages
All shipments are fully insured. If your package arrives damaged or is lost in transit, contact us immediately at info@bourbonbullioncoins.com with photos (if applicable) and we will file a claim on your behalf, but final resolution is determined by the carrier.
