Orders & Shipping

How long does it take to ship my order?: We process and ship orders within 1–3 business days. Once shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via email. We ship via USPS, UPS, and FedEx depending on the item and destination.
Do you ship internationally?: Currently we ship within the United States only.
Is my package insured?: We take packaging and carrier selection seriously for high-value items. If your package arrives damaged, contact us immediately with photos and we’ll work to make it right.
What if my package is lost?: If your tracking shows no movement for an extended period, contact us and we’ll help file a claim and find a resolution.

What is your return policy?: We offer a 30-day return policy. Items must be returned in their original condition with proof of purchase. Refunds are processed within 10 business days of receiving the returned item.
Are bullion sales final?: Yes — due to spot price fluctuations, all bullion sales are final. Please review your order carefully before purchasing.
Can I return a graded coin or card?: Graded items may be returned within 30 days if the item was misrepresented in the listing. Contact us first and we’ll review your case.

Are your coins and bullion authentic?: Absolutely. Authenticity is the foundation of everything we do. All items are carefully sourced and described accurately. Graded coins come in certified slabs from PCGS, NGC, or other recognized grading services.
What do coin grades like MS63 or VF30 mean?: Coin grades describe the condition of a coin on the Sheldon scale from 1 (Poor) to 70 (Perfect Uncirculated). Common grades include Good (G-4), Fine (F-12), Very Fine (VF-20/30), Extremely Fine (EF-40/45), About Uncirculated (AU-50/58), and Mint State (MS-60 to MS-70). What is Jacob’s Vault?: Jacob’s Vault is our pop culture collectibles division — named after our son, who is growing his own collection just like his dad did with coins. We carry Pokémon cards, Funko Pops, sports cards, Magic: The Gathering, One Piece TCG, and more.
Are your Pokémon cards authentic?: Yes. We source carefully and describe condition accurately. Graded cards come in certified slabs from PSA, BGS, or CGC. Raw cards are described by condition and any notable flaws are disclosed.
What does “graded” mean for Pokémon cards?: Graded cards have been professionally evaluated and encased in a tamper-evident slab by a third-party grading company (PSA, BGS, CGC). The grade reflects the card’s condition on a scale of 1–10. Graded cards offer verified authenticity and condition.
Do you sell sealed Pokémon products?: Yes — we carry sealed Pokémon products in Jacob’s Vault. Check the Sealed Pokémon collection for current inventory.

What payment methods do you accept?: We accept all major credit cards, debit cards, and other payment methods available at checkout including Shop Pay.
